Developing Number Sense with Stern Structural Arithmetic: A two-part series
About the workshops
Learn to support your students’ understanding of number sense and operations through the use of Stern Structural Arithmetic, an intuitive, guided system that enables students to develop a concrete understanding of mathematical principles while having fun.
This two-part interactive workshop series is geared for teachers in grades K-3 or for teachers who work with students with learning disabilities. It will include demonstrations of the Structural Arithmetic materials and activities, including games, student videos and hands-on practice.

Part II: Saturday, December 7, 2013
Numbers to 100: Place Value and Operations + Time

*NOTE: Participation in Part II is contingent upon completion of Part I either on November 9th or at a prior workshop.

Workshops will be conducted from 9 am to 4 pm, with one hour for lunch (not provided).
Registration for each day is $200 per participant.
